Unlike visible products or mainstream services, environmental testing is usually only discussed within engineering, manufacturing, R&D, automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical, or certification industries.

4. Many Companies Only Test When Required
In Malaysia, environmental testing is often considered unnecessary or only necessary at certain stages or scenarios. This perception is incorrect.

Environmental testing companies often market themselves in highly technical terms, which mainly reach engineers or procurement teams. They have to do more to push their Environmental Testing services to the market from different angles.
The reasons above are just some general reasons why environmental testing is not very popular in Malaysia.
The environmental testing industry in Malaysia has strong long-term potential, but market awareness is still developing. As Malaysia continues expanding in manufacturing, electronics, automotive, medical devices, aerospace, renewable energy, and export-oriented industries, the demand for environmental testing services is expected to grow steadily.
